Even though The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has yet to hit theaters yet, E! News recently reported that Game of Thrones‘ Natalie Dormer is joining the cast of the next movie in the franchise, Mockingjay.
The movie will be divided into two parts and Dormer will be playing Cressida. Cressida happens to be the resident director from the Capitol who quickly switches sides and joins the revolution. By doing this, she also turns it into a very popular television event that of course stars Jennifer Lawrence‘s Katniss Everdeen.
I say good for Dormer! Her resume is definitely getting more and more stacked. In addition to this news, she’s already a part of shows like the aforementioned Game of Thrones and Elementary and she also had a turn in The Tudors.

Yeah. She’s bad-ass and she knows it.
Aside from that, it should also be noted that Julianne Moore has recently been in talks to play fearless and unrepentant rebellion leader/District 13 president Alma Coin.
Mockingjay: Part 1 will be hitting theaters November 21, 2014 and Mockingjay: Part 2 will cap it all off November 20, 2015.
