Freaky New Motion Poster for ‘American Horror Story: Coven’ Hits the Web

If you’re an American Horror Story fan, you’ve no doubt been keeping up with all the cryptic posters and teasers that FX has been releasing. However, I’ll be the first person to say that the new motion poster for American Horror Story: Coven takes the cake for being freaky and unnerving as f*ck.

The poster features a person basically serving as a human pin cushion with all the needles in sight (which is no doubt a hint at what’s to come when it comes to the subject of voodoo and such on the show).

Check the moving poster out below:

Moving on, if you want to see more, here are some teaser posters to look at:

Anyways, this third season of American Horror Story will apparently be moving back and forth between a present New Orleans and a 1930s New Orleans. It will mainly be focusing on “a battle between witches and voodoo” and will feature the likes of series regulars Jessica Lange, Denis O’Hare, Alexandra Breckinridge, Frances Conroy, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Taissa Farmiga, and Evan Peters. Angela Bassett, Patti LuPone, Gabourey Sidibe, Leslie Jordan, Emma Roberts, Danny Huston, and Christine Ebersole are also set to join the cast (Screen Crush).

In closing, if the poster is any indication, fans of the show could be going on a riveting (albeit freaky) ride.

American Horror Story: Coven premieres on October 9, 2013 at 10pm on FX.
