Sandra Bullock Talks Ex Jesse James; Stays Classy

Over the years, Sandra Bullock has managed to capture all of our hearts with hear endearing nature and her terrific acting abilities, (which has rightfully earned her the nickname from her fans of “America’s Sweetheart”). So, it was no surprise when not only Bullock, but most of the world was taken aback when news of her ex-husband’s—Jesse James—infidelity surfaced in 2010 (just barely after the Oscars had concluded).

As of today, however, Sandra Bullock is putting that all behind her.

Bullock (49) was recently interviewed for the October issue of Vogue. During the interview, the actress opened up about her failed marriage to James and didn’t even seem bitter about it in the slightest. In fact, she kept it classy:

“We’re all where we’re supposed to be. I am exactly where I want to be now. You can’t go backward. I’m not going backward. I’m grateful that I’m here, blessed to have what I have.”

As most of us remember, as soon as Bullock filed for divorced in 2010, she also simultaneously annouced the adoption of her son, Louis (who was nearly four months old at the time). Despite that trying period, Bullock remained grateful: I am so lucky to be sitting where I am sitting.”

She is classy as f*ck.

Go right ahead, Sandra.

Anyways, Bullock can be seen in Gravity, an upcoming space thriller. So far, Bullock’s performance is garnering loads of critical buzz; so I can’t wait to see it.

As always, I wish her well.

(Her Vogue cover hits shelves on September 24. You can catch her on the cover of Vogue below):
