Vin Diesel Teases New ‘Fast and Furious 7’ Set Photo; Hints at Funeral

By the weekend, Fast and Furious 7 will have wrapped up its first week of filming in Georgia.

As per usual, franchise star Vin Diesel has made it his duty to continue to update his fans on the film’s progress by giving them various peeks into the set. And today, Diesel debuted yet another sneak peek.

After previously releasing his first couple of photos for the aforementioned film, Diesel posted another photo on his Facebook and this time, the photo is a bit more solemn than usual. In the photo, it appears that Diesel and company (i.e. Tyrese Gibson, Paul Walker, and what appears to be Ludacris) are attending a funeral.

Diesel captioned the photo with the following:

The first week of filming, has been both intense and surreal… P.s. One from set… a more somber moment in Our Saga…”

You can view the photo below:

Moving on, assuming that no one else has died since Fast and Furious 6 has happened, I’m inclined to automatically assume that this funeral is for [SPOILER ALERT] Han (played by Sung Kang) who died at the end of Fast and Furious 6 (at the hands of Jason Statham‘s unnamed character). And if this is the case, I’m really pumped to see what Dom (Diesel) and “his family” are going to do in order to gain proper retribution for Han.

Oh sh*t. Brace yourselves.

In closing, I am sure that this isn’t the last piece of information that we will see/hear about this movie. But until then, you can check out this video message from the amazing Diesel on the Fast and Furious 7 set:
