Yes.
You read that cute and adorable title correctly.
And you wanna know what else?
Elmo and friends showed up just for the occasion.

It’s just…I can’t. Adorableness overload.
As we all know, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots are known to appear with special guests (usually musical guests) on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and give their songs the “classroom instrument” treatment. And now, we can add Sesame Street to the every expanding list!
The Count ironically leads the count for the song and then everybody starts singing:
“Sunny Day, sweepin’ the clouds away, on my way to where the air is sweet,” the adorable group sings along with the musical instruments.
“Can you tell Elmo how to get,” Elmo belts out in his lonesome
“How to get to Sesame Street!”The rest of the group backs him up.
Black Thought of The Roots adds his own, awesome rap to the song and gives shout-outs to characters like Big Bird, Mr. Snuffleupagus, and etc:
“Big Bird is out, he’s in the house. He turning up with Snuffle Up, they really getting their hustle up.” He raps.
Also, Black Thought ends up tossing Cookie Monster in his rap too, mentioning something about his cellphone. The blue cutie follows it up by taking a selfie…and then eating his phone.
After that, as the group closes the song out, they burst into various cheers and applause and even Fallon can’t contain his own excitement:
“Let’s do it again!” He says.
I’d be down for that!
