Justin Timberlake’s new album, The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2, has officially dropped, and it is absolutely phenomenal. A great many have already heard the record, as Timberlake was gracious enough to stream it in full a week before its debut, still there are some who have yet to hear it, and I assure you it is worth your time.
Timberlake has time and time again proven that he is a force to be reckoned with, and that for as long as he wants to be on top he will be. I mean honestly this man has had two of the best releases of the year, in my personal opinion.
I don’t say this about many albums, but all you have to do is let it play. There is no need to skip even one song, despite how ridiculously long a few of them are. The record sort of takes you on journey of finding and losing love with songs like “Not a Bad Thing”, “TKO”, and “Drink You Away”. Both Timberlake and Timbaland have managed to outdo themselves, and delivered nothing short of their best. They each have a quality, and share a chemistry, that most artist and producers just don’t possess.
I’m going to go ahead and predict that Timberlake will indeed be adding to his Grammy collection this upcoming year, yeah it’s that good.
